STARSHIP TROOPERS ARMOR REPLICA
Welcome to the starship troopers armor replica. This is a uniquely crafted set of machined EVA FOAM that is easy to assemble and very durable.
This armor is available only in kit form. Each piece is precision-laser cut for a perfect fit each time. The inset pieces are cut twice, the larger set pressure fits into each opening.
The main armor is divided into 5 main parts, a chest, an abdomin left side, abdomin right side, upper back, and lower back.
There is an option to buy the foam armor kit only, or the foam armor kit WITH the 12 laser cut black mounting plates. These hold the 2" webbing tight down to the armro (video instructions below)

****Two inch webbing, 2" parachute buckles, tensioners, and hardware is not included. Those can all be found on amazon along with ammo pouches, etc...
Follow stardard EVA FOAM armor building techiques to assemble, primer and paint. All the inset pieces are laser cut twice. The larger ones are sized to pressure fit in each opening which makes life very easy for you! Once you bevel the inset pieces (use a belt sander for precision), they look like this when placed back in position.
Seal the edges with Kwik (available at any lowes/home depot) and primer with plastidip spray. Paint, and you're done!
