Many people over the years have asked if I could make them separate helmet visors. Well here it is. This is a clear visor blank you can use to create your own custom helmet.
The helmet blank is thermal formed from .093 gauge PETG, which makes it strong and durable. It can be easily trimmed to custom proportions as you build your own helmet around it.
This next photo illustrates the massive size difference between my visor and the commonly available chormed visor on amazon. There's simply no comparison.
The visor blank is flexible, meaning it can be bent and pushed to form different shapes. It is thermal formed from PETG and can be tinted any color you can desire (including black) by using transluscent paints or fabric dyes. It can also be treated to have a see-through chrome effect.
